I'll admit--this was an assignment for a class (I usually avoid uploading assignments from school). But I do like it and I spent a lot of time on it.

I think if your teacher doesn't like it, he/she is an overly critical dumb donkey. This is a sweet piece. It has depth and the eyes look intense. Maybe it's the rum in my soda, but this looks great.

I rather like that you chose to leave the color kind of chunky and textural rather than do one of those ultra smooth vectors. Adds something to the piece for me. Also really like that touch of green. :)

We were only required to have 5 values. I went for 7 because it looks better.
